Senior Associate, Business Development & Strategy

Habitat Health is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Development & Strategy to support business development efforts, partner implementation & success, inorganic growth execution, and enterprise growth strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting, investment banking or strategy / business development at a high-growth startup, preferably in the context of health care delivery.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or strategy / business development at a high-growth startup, ideally in the context of health care delivery
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ
• Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action
• A strong passion for our mission, with a high degree of empathy for the populations we serve
• A bachelor's degree is required
