We are seeking an EUC Technician to support the deployment, administration, and day-to-day management of enterprise endpoint platforms, Office 365 services, and collaboration technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT experience with a focus on end-user support, endpoint administration, or related infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 administration, especially Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience supporting or troubleshooting collaboration or conference room technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation.
