Job Description
HackerOne is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-First Systems that power how Hackeronies collaborate, communicate, and scale. The role involves leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that blend enterprise architecture, automation, and AI to streamline operations, reduce toil, and unlock human potential.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an Engineering, Science, Systems, or similar role
- Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, configuring, integrating, and maintaining AI-first enterprise systems
- Experience working with SSO protocols, enterprise identity tools, and MDM platforms
- Experience developing integrations and automations using tools like Workato and Tines
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesloft, and data enrichment platforms
