Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building B2B SaaS products at scale

• Experience working with legacy systems and driving incremental transformation in constrained environments
• Background in assessment, evaluation, or EdTech products
• Strong judgment under pressure and ability to synthesize complex constraints into clear decisions
• Customer empathy and ability to navigate diverse customer needs
• Experience with platform migrations and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ability to work globally and collaborate across multiple time zones
