Principal Product Manager

HackerRank is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for the Community platform, which sits at the intersection of developer growth and next-generation hiring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• 5+ years of PM experience
• Deep domain knowledge in developer tools, developer communities, or B2C/B2B2C platforms with large user bases (1M+ users)
• Proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products and evolving mature platforms
• Exceptionally strong data fluency
• Outstanding cross-functional influencer
• Technical depth sufficient to engage meaningfully with engineers on architecture tradeoffs, API design, and AI/ML product decisions
