The company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products that expand skills coverage, raise content quality, and increase adoption among customers.

Requirements

• Build and manage a global network of experts to create coding challenges
• Own the product roadmap for HackerRank's coding challenge platform and content ecosystem
• Define product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with engineering and design
• Build and evolve tools that scale content delivery, improve quality, and support emerging technologies
• Partner with customers to deeply understand their workflows and deliver tailored solutions that drive adoption and impact
• Use data, automation, and AI to streamline content creation and review processes
• Ensure every product and feature shipped upholds high standards of fairness, validity, and developer experience
