Recruitment Partner – Tech & Games

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner who wants to play a key role in building the teams behind our future success. This is a hands-on and high-impact role with full ownership over tech and creative recruitment.

Requirements

• Experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within gaming, tech, or other fast-moving industries.
• An understanding of or previous experience in recruiting roles such as developers, engineers, animators, and artists, or a strong motivation to learn them quickly.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
