Job Description
Haddad is a privately held family business with 100 years' experience in the children's apparel & accessories industry, and we're looking for an Associate Technical Designer to support our seasonal design and merchandising process.
Requirements
- Measure and prepare samples before all fit sessions and record comments to ensure final fit, quality and construction meet all standards
- Work closely with Sourcing and Design to execute the Time and Action calendar and manage the sample approval process
- Communicate with overseas factories and vendors to ensure all styles, fits, construction and specs meet the standards for costing and appropriateness for brand
- Track fit and pre-production samples
- Partner with Production and Quality Assurance teams to carry out quality assurance protocols to identify issues and suggest solutions
- Special projects as assigned
