Job Description
Haddad Brands is seeking a Sourcing Manager to oversee sourcing and production of a department or brand, working closely with overseas offices. The role involves quality control, delivery issues resolution, strategic ordering, vendor negotiations, and talent development. The company is a family-owned business with a rich history in children's apparel and accessories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management within the fashion industry
- Proven ability to work with international business partner
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of AS40
