Job Description
Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing. We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, equipment, and consumables. The role will lead sourcing efforts, negotiate with suppliers, and drive best-in-class cost structures.
Requirements
- Lead sourcing efforts for assigned commodities
- Develop and execute creative commodity strategies and commercial deals
- Maintain strong relationships with supplier executive teams
- Monitor global supplier performance using defined metrics
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering teams on program early engagement
- Ensure accurate purchasing throughout the global ERP system
- Monitor and manage supply chain risk
- Collaborate with supplier development team to create supplier capability and technology roadmaps
- Develop supply chain strategy for new sites
- Perform make versus buy analysis and recommend areas to invest in internal capability
