We are seeking an Director of Category Growth to own a multi-million dollar product category on Amazon. The role requires 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplaces, with a proven ability to scale revenue and profitability. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools
• Motivated by clear goals, performance benchmarks, and winning as part of a high-performing team
