Director of Finance

Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the company's financial future, building scalable systems, and driving growth towards $100M. The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented leader with 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership.

Requirements

• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month
• Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop automated systems and workflows to reduce manual reporting time
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that increase profitability
• Create and document SOPs for close, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting processes
• Implement new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing
• Produce insightful financial dashboards and KPIs
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations
• Evaluate technology solutions (ERP, reporting tools) that prepare the company for scale
