E-commerce Manager

Hadley Designs is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own a multi-million dollar Amazon category, drive growth through disciplined execution and data-backed decision-making, and optimize performance within a scaled Amazon ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools
• Collaborative, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement
