Head of Finance

Hadley Designs is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the company's financial future and fuel its mission to redefine early education through creativity, beauty, and connection. The ideal candidate will bring strategic, detail-oriented leadership to build scalable systems, manage cash flow, and drive profitability.

Requirements

• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month
• Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop automated systems and workflows
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that increase profitability
• Create and document SOPs for close, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting processes
• Implement new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing
• Produce insightful financial dashboards and KPIs
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations
• Evaluate technology solutions that prepare the company for scale
