Hadley Designs is seeking a mission-driven leader to own and scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce channels, driving growth through strategy, operations, and leadership. The role involves managing Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms, growing ecommerce business to $20M+ in revenue within 18 months, and leading a high-performing ecommerce team.
