Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the effectiveness of our product launch engine, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure product launches happen on time, with precision, and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, program management, or related roles within fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage complex operations and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in modern operations management and documentation tools, such as ClickUp, Airtable, and Box
• Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and implement process improvements that strengthen execution over time
