Job Description
Hadley Designs is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead the financial future of the company, building scalable systems and guiding growth towards $100M and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, detail-oriented leader with experience in finance or accounting and a proven track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
- Proficiency with tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred)
- Collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence executive-level decisions
