Business Analyst, Operational Finance

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. As a Business Analyst, Operational Finance, you’ll be the analytical bridge between our factories and our financial model, owning core operational and financial reporting, defining the metrics that matter, and explaining what’s driving changes in unit economics, throughput, and cost.

Requirements

• Serve as the analytical bridge between Factory Operations and Operational Finance, owning core reporting, defining the KPIs that matter, and building tools that help the broader Finance team move faster.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking core operational and financial metrics including cost per part, throughput, utilization, and variance vs. plan.
• Perform variance and driver analysis to explain changes in revenue, cost, and unit economics to Finance and Operations leadership.
