Business Operations Analyst, Special Projects

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to help aerospace and defense companies manufacture faster and cheaper. We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Special Projects team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional industry experience
• Ability to self-serve most questions in SQL
• Experience building dashboards/tools that stakeholders actually use
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Validates data; checks for errors; avoids sloppy deliverables
• Owns mistakes and fixes them; escalates issues early
• Proactively identifies and executes high-leverage work
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity, motivation for the mission, and ability to learn fast
