Job Description
Hadrian is seeking a Facility Security Officer to build and manage Hadrian's facility security program, ensuring compliance with government regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of NISPOM, the facilities clearance (FCL) process and related management standards, the operations and requirements of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and other relevant legal and regulatory regimes.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and processes related to facility clearance, NISPOM, and related information security protocols
- Practical knowledge and experience with the Defense Information System for Security, National Industrial Security System, National Background Investigation Service, EAPP, and DCSA generally
- Previous FSO experience, including FSO certification, preferred
- U.S. citizenship
- Active T U.S. security clearance
- Proven success building systems from the ground up
- Strong experience managing multiple workflows and designing scalable systems
- Experienced strategic partner to senior leaders, managing complex processes and working with government and third-party partners to efficiently tackle difficult problems
- Comfortability handling sensitive, confidential, and classified materials
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
