Factory Technician - 1st Shift

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. The company is launching a new Factory in Mesa, Arizona, and opening a new headquarters to support thousands of future hires.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 40 pounds unassisted
• Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
