Job Description
Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate the manufacturing of critical parts, such as rockets and satellites. The company is expanding rapidly and is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and execution across multiple programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, program management, investment banking, or consulting
- 2-4+ years experience leading a high performing team
- Strong financial modeling skills including cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to partner cross-functionally and think strategically about spend and operational constraints
