Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. The company is looking for a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer to own a major domain within Flow and drive outcomes across multiple teams and factory sites.

• Proven lead-level ownership of product domains and business-critical systems at scale
• Strong experience building and evolving distributed systems in production

• Track record of leading critical initiatives across several teams
• Strong systems thinking
