Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We're seeking a Software Engineer to join the Builder Tools team, building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure, internal tooling, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure
- Strong programming fundamentals in Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar)
- Solid understanding of source control concepts and practical Git experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues efficiently
- A developer empathy mindset
