Technical Program Manager, FAAS

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to support the defense industrial base. As delivery expands across aerospace, national security, and advanced manufacturing programs, this role will help manage customer-facing program execution and coordinate infrastructure delivery across new and existing factory locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational execution within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines or deliverables
