Welding Engineering Specialist

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We're accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, and expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires.

Requirements

• Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one welding process or system
• Strong understanding of weld metallurgy, heat-affected zones, and defect mechanisms
• Ability to read and interpret weld symbols, drawings, and technical specifications
• Experience working in production environments with a focus on process stability and quality
