Plasma Trainer 2nd Shift

Haemonetics is seeking a Plasma Trainer 2nd Shift to develop and maintain a highly skilled and compliant workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring, coaching, or training others in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 compliance
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or training others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
• Patient, approachable, and committed to fostering a positive learning culture
