Häfele America is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide world-class support to clients and internal employees. The ideal candidate is an energetic person who enjoys speaking with people on a daily basis and providing solutions to client issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret office procedures
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
