IT Support Analyst (m/f/d)

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology & AI department in Blieskastel, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing internal user support to ~8500 users in Germany and France. The role involves handling user calls and tickets, remote assistance, and working with L2 and L3 experts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of university studies in computer science and 3 years of initial experience in computer science with user/customer interactions
• Strong interest in computer technologies, including AI
• Knowledge of infrastructure (Cloud hosting, virtual computing, security layers)
• Ability to investigate Microsoft products and application environment
• First experience with IT processes (ITIL)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and self-employment skills, and analytical ability
• Fluency in English, German, and French
