
Job description
As an IT-Support Analyst, you will process incoming requests, create and resolve tickets, and support IT users in the hardware and software environment. You will work in a hybrid model, with 40% remote work after training.
Your main responsibilities will include monitoring, processing, and tracking tickets, as well as password resets and user administration in various systems. You will also document activities in the ticket system.
We are looking for someone with technical understanding and system knowledge, particularly in Windows and MS Office. You should have very good German knowledge (C1 or mother tongue) and good English knowledge (from B1 level).
