Learning Consultant (m/f/d)

Join the Human Resources department and contribute to global initiatives and leadership programs that align with our strategic objectives. As a Learning Consultant, you will shape the learning strategy for the organization, design and implement impactful upskilling and reskilling programs, and leverage cutting-edge learning technologies to create a world-class learning experience across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong background in learning & development, instructional design, and corporate learning programs
• Proven ability to engage and challenge leaders ensuring learning initiatives are strategically aligned and impactful
• Deep understanding of modern learning technologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
• Experience with LMS, LXP, and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Synthesia)
• Fluency in English is required; French or German would be a plus
