Job Description
Join the Manufacturing department as a Maintenance Manager and lead the planning and management of maintenance activities on production equipment. Ensure continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities, contribute to budget planning, and oversee maintenance workshop and technical warehouse. Lead technical analyses and train employees on company and national regulations, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related scientific disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (latest role), preferably in continuous-process operations, with at least 2–3 years in a comparable position.
- Strong technical/methodological competencies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM) to manage complex production technologies.
- Knowledge of maintenance methodologies, systems, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English language skills (B1) would be beneficial.
