Join our Sales department as a Project Sales Executive and drive project sales growth for Hager in Indonesia. You will be responsible for building a strong project pipeline, analyzing local markets, and engaging with key influencers and specifiers. You will also need to achieve defined business growth targets and coordinate project execution with authorized distributors.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls) or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in business development, key account management, or marketing, ideally within the industry
- Proven track record in sales or project business
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly
- Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in virtual and distributed teams
- Willingness to travel as required
- Indonesian citizenship required
- Own transportation (minimum motorcycle) is mandatory
