Requirements
- University degree in management, supply chain or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in category management, ideally in the field of raw materials
- Mastery of English, ideally completed by German
- Knowledge of SAP and category strategies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Recognized for relational and communication qualities
- Ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate risks and develop long-term plans
