Requirements
- Total responsibility for sales and results of Hager Sales GmbH in Germany and Austria
- Further development and implementation of the national sales strategy, including continuous improvement of sales processes, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models
- Leadership, development, and control of the entire sales organization with more than 200 employees
- Strategic expansion and maintenance of central partnerships with the electrical wholesale trade in the three-stage sales and expansion of national key accounts in project business
- Active control of transformation and change processes in close cooperation with national and international stakeholders of the Hager Group
