As Sales Director (m/w/d) Retail & eCommerce Deutschland, you will be responsible for consumer omni-channel sales, leading key account management and external sales organization, and driving initiatives across marketing, product management, and controlling.

Requirements

• Completed degree (BWL, Handelsmanagement, etc.)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in retail/retail or in strategic sales in consumer and industrial goods companies
• Extensive experience in the area of digital sales
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating and successfully implementing marketing strategies
• Several years of leadership experience at department manager level as well as empathetic and clear communication skills
