Job Description
Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a qualified candidate to be part of our Fabrication Team in Clarion, IA. The Fabricator will machine parts on CNC machine tools and operate lasers and brake presses in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Turn, drill, bore, and/or mill parts to specification using CNC machining tools and processes.
- Operate a laser to cut piece parts from sheet steel.
- Operate various brake presses to bend parts to print.
- Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
- Utilize manufacturing tools to record data and keep records for quality and maintenance.
- Check results for conformance to specifications and make necessary corrections.
- Use various types of CNC machine tools, material handling equipment, jigs, fixtures, measuring gages and instruments, and other applicable hand and power tools.
- Lubricate, check, and clean work equipment and tooling.
- Assist and support other team members.
- Complete daily and weekly housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks.
