Design and Sales Consultant

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Design and Sales Consultant to join their Kohler Store team in Burlingame, CA. The successful candidate will provide expert product selection assistance and design services to customers, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred
• Experience working with luxury, high end products and customers
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Experience with architectural blueprints and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communications skills
• Deep product knowledge related to kitchen/bath trends
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Ability to build influential relationships and trust with key vendor partners
• Ability to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co-workers
• Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task
• Ability to learn and operate computer-related systems used to process orders
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
