Inside Sales & Service Representative

Hajoca Corporation is a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating & cooling, and industrial supplies. They are looking for an Inside Sales & Service Representative to work in their Costa Mesa, CA location. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales and knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center. The role involves meeting sales targets, processing sales orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
