EHS & Engineering Director

We’re seeking an EHS & Engineering Director to lead all environmental, health, and safety and engineering operations within our Suzhou Plant. The role involves ensuring the site meets global and local environmental, health, and safety requirements, executing engineering projects effectively, maintaining utilities and facilities, and managing OT/IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Engineering, R&D, or Safety Leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards (E.g., NFPA 70, OSHA)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
