Job Description
Haleon is seeking a Finance Director, Sales and HK to support strategy and decision making with critical business insights, and lead finance business partnering team to support offline sales operations across Wellness and OTC. The role will drive trade spending efficiency, harmonization of trading terms, and develop an offline sales strategy to deliver both short-term and long-term business commitments. The successful candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience managing a global team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- MBA in Management, Finance or Accounting
- Approximately 15 years of MNC commercial finance working experiences
- Strong Analytics training or experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources
- Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles
- Ability to effectively influence commercial and finance partners with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
