Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Field experience, strong credibility in pharmacy environments & willingness to travel regularly (weekly field presence required).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
- High resilience and adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment.
- Languages: German, English, French as optional.
