Lean Špecialista (Operational Excellence)

We are looking for an OPEX Specialist to introduce continuous improvement, Lean culture, and the Haleon Performance System (HAPS) in our factory. The position offers a dynamic working environment where you will have the opportunity to actively influence change, work with people, and participate in projects that bring visible results.

Requirements

• Collecting and analyzing data, introducing sustainable measurement processes and reporting key KPIs
• Optimizing process flows and productivity through the design, testing and implementation of new procedures and processes
• Leading and facilitating cross-functional improvement projects and using Lean tools
• Implementing digital tools in the factory within the support of the Haleon Efficiency System (HAPS)
• Collaboration with production and support teams in introducing visual performance management
• Developing employee skills through Leader Standard Work (LSW), SOP, Lean tool training and team coaching in Operational Excellence and HAPS
• Active participation in GEMBA walks with the aim of identifying opportunities in the area of safety, quality, efficiency and waste elimination
