Job description
Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices across OCTG operations in Spain. The role focuses on standardizing operational routines, improving performance, and fostering a data-driven culture.
Lead the phased deployment of Lean tools and routines, drive the implementation of 5S/6S, identify and eliminate waste, and implement daily management routines.
You will be working in a hands-on shop floor environment, driving change, and leading cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to work extensively on the shop floor and be flexible for geographical mobility based on business needs.
