Requirements
- Lead a team of operators in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, regulatory, and output standards.
- Establish and confirm management standards and procedures for safety, quality, and output, using problem-solving and performance management tools.
- Identify and develop key talent within the team, setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Supervise task allocation, personnel deployment, and recruitment work, ensuring resources match production needs and continuity during shift changes and rest periods.
- Lead and implement improvement projects, managing scope, schedule, and cost, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Understand and manage manufacturing budgets, ensuring operations are cost-effective.
- Understand and comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, company requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standards.
