Supervisor, Packaging Line - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

The Packaging Line Supervisor will oversee production staff, ensuring a safe and quality-conscious work environment, and meeting production objectives. This role involves planning, supervising, and directing daily operations, as well as troubleshooting production issues and implementing changes to enhance yields and efficiencies.

What You Will Do

Plan, supervise, direct, and engage in daily packaging, blending, and tablet production operations. Problem solve and troubleshoot production issues, recommend and implement changes to enhance production yields and efficiencies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 2 years of work experience in an FDA/GMP regulated production operation, with good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. Preferred qualifications include 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.

• High School or GED graduate
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment (preferred)
