Requirements

• Executing sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in Rural Markets
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members
• Creating and maintaining adherence to PJPs
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports
• Collaborating with other teams and departments
• Address customer complaints through timely action
• Timely reporting to all concerned stakeholders
