Job Description
Provide coaching support and facilitate cross knowledge sharing across teams to support continuous learning. Create rollout strategies and provide incremental support for teams to ensure Agile adoption adheres to governance, success factors, and compliance needs.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree
- 7+ years experience in support of Agile Delivery, including Scrum process, Scaled Framework, and DevOps tools
- At least 3 years leading and directing teams
- CTC or equivalent
- SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or equivalent, preferred
