Halperns Steak & Seafood is seeking a Director of Sales to lead their sales team and drive growth within their district. The role requires exceptional management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to analyze and interpret data. Must have meat and/or seafood industry experience and broadline sales experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Manage the performance and development of the Sales Team within the specified sales area.
- Effectively lead and facilitate meetings that educate, motivate and ultimately produce key behavior changes to drive sales.
- Lead and direct customer engagement efforts by enabling the district sales staff to provide customers with expanded service options.
- Directly manage and engage critical/developing customer accounts, and ensures proper management of all other accounts in the sales area.
- Implement changes to programs or processes; ensuring all sales staff achieve required behavior changes and performance metrics within the sales area.
- Directly manage the performance and duties of the sales staff.
