We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to lead the planning and production process control of the working shift, ensuring optimal operation and resolving incidents in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the production process.
• Leadership and coordination of department staff (recruitment, selection, training...).
• Monitoring of workplace safety.
• Monitoring of machine status and coordination with the Maintenance department.
• Management of KPI's: Production, Quality, Safety...
