Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in the implementation of various Human Resources functions, supporting the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, including HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and recruitment and employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in working within a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to manage employee data and support HR operations
- Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience.
